High school student Suika Kishida hides her expressions behind a mask and pretends to be a character who is teased in the boys’ dormitory. While she gets through her school days by brushing things off with a laugh, deep down she is terrified of forming relationships with others. In the spring of her sophomore year, she ends up sharing a room with a freshman named Harutora Kurobe, and thanks to his sincere emotions and their close proximity, she gradually begins to open up to him. Sui Kishida, a senior who struggles with relationships, and Harutora Kurobe, a freshman who expresses his feelings honestly. The story woven by these two contrasting characters overflows with a bittersweet emotion that tugs at the heartstrings, all set against the backdrop of heartwarming conversations.
